Dr. Jones is a Co-Founder and Sr. Managing Partner
of Essex and has 35 years of senior management experience. Allen has provided hands-on, Turnaround
Management services for firms generating in the hundreds of millions annual
sales. Effective in design and implementation of management programs, making
business model changes to promote growth and drive additional profitability to
the bottom line, as well as the vital investor relations and business
development areas of the enterprise. Allen is primarily responsible for business development
within Essex and serves on the Company Investment Committee and is chair of the Board of
Advisors.
