Our level of confidence and success, allows us not to take advance fees, as we perform work with our clients and partners. All fees and commissions, normally 2-3% of the total value of each deal, are collected at the closing table, only upon completion and funding of each deal. This assures our clients and partners that we are working quickly and efficiently.
